select which item was forgotten, either User ID or Password. Then provide the email address associated with your online profile, and, if resetting the password, enter the User ID for the online profile. Confirm you are not a robot, and then click Submit.

After submitting, an email will be sent to your email address which will include a link (Note: For your protection, you will only be able to use this link once and it will remain available for only 7 days. After that period you must request a new link from Online Support).

Click on the link and you’ll automatically be redirected to a webpage where you’ll be asked to provide answers to 2 of the 3 questions you chose when you originally set up your online profile.
